About Our Local Office

The East Valley Phoenix Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.  Sherri Taylor, owner, has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years.  Sherri holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.  Sherri has worked in a variety of hospital and home health care settings.  After years as a nurse, Sherri wanted to encompass her desire to build a business and serve others.  Sherri's mission is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the clients' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs, as well as, the needs shared by the family friends, and healthcare professionals.  Darren Taylor has been a successful business owner in several different States for 31 years, and he understands the value of responsive customer service.  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with a concentration in History and Economics.  He has a strong reputation for employing the best people, and he has been able to retain them for twenty plus years in an industry that typically suffers from high turnover.  He understands the need for integrity, responsiveness, and service quality in business.  He chose Right at Home because he believes in giving back to the community, and he liked the Right at Home philosophy.  He also liked the opportunity to empower seniors to stay in their home.         

To achieve our vision we:

• Provide dependable, compasionate, licensed, and bonded caregivers.
• We maintain ongoing communication with our clients and the client's family members. 
• We individualize our clients care based on an initial assessment in the home.  We review each client's individualized care plan regularly to ensure that our services match our clients changing needs. 
• We respond timely to referrals for homecare assistance from case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals in our community.
