The East Valley Phoenix Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve by providing highly trained in-home professional caregivers.

Our team:

Owner - Dean Leisman has over 25 years experience providing stellar customer service and leadership in the hospitality industry.  Dean dedicates himself to building the right team of people to provide service to our clients that far surpasses the home care industry status quo. Our caregivers and CNAs are dedicated to the success of the office and the satisfaction of the families we serve.

Owner - Darren Taylor has owned and operated successful businesses for 32 years. He understands the value of responsive customer service.  Like Dean, Darren also has a reputation for great leadership and team building, retaining employees for twenty plus years in an industry that typically suffers from high turnover.  He understands the need for integrity, responsiveness, and high quality in all aspects of business, and is proud to use his experience to empower seniors to stay in their home.

Area Director - Lynn Leviness has dedicated her entire career of 18 years to the healthcare industry. She has a passion for providing holistic solutions. Lynn has learned that providing for the physical needs of a a patient is only the first step. She has found that clients heal faster and more completely when they have a true connection with their care provider. She, along with J.T., strives to find just the right caregiver to client complement. This model is successful, evidenced by the delight and gratitude expressed by our current and past clients and their families.

Staffing Coordinator - J.T. Austin is currently a certified nursing assistant. He understands the challenges and rewards experienced by a caregiver. At Right at Home, he divides his time between in-office staffing, and providing hands-on care to our clients in the field. J.T. is currently pursuing an advanced degree that will allow him to practice as a licensed registered nurse.

Community Relations - Patti Page spent several years providing hospice benefits for patients. Her experience dealing with end of life care taught her the importance of compassion and understanding. Like Lynn, Patti has found that regardless of physical symptoms, providing the best care requires treating our employees, patients and families with the utmost kindness, empathy and respect.

• We review the care plan regularly to ensure that the level of service provided is appropriate
